Day 01 : Mangalore
Mangalore - Murudeshwar - Gokarna - Kollur - Udupi Temples PackageOur representative will welcome you at Mangalore Airport or Railway station. Mangalore is a port city and also known for its temples. On arrival at Mangalore, you will be transferred to the hotel, check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Afternoon visit the nearest beach and at 3.30 PM visit Kadri Manjunatheshwara Temple, a spectacular temple dedicated to Lord Manjunatha on the Kadri hills. Then visit Mangaladevi Temple - that houses the idol of powerful Goddess Mangaladevi. The name of the city of Mangalore has also been derived from the name of this Goddess. Then visit Sharavu Mahaganapathi Temple - dedicated to Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva. Then proceed to 300 year old Venkataramana Temple - located in Car street in the heart of the city and the temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara (Vishnu). Evening, visit to Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra - one of the beautiful temples of Mangalore and Beautiful view of temple filled with lights and decorative everywhere around the temple is bliss to watch! Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 : Mangalore
Mangalore - Murudeshwar - Gokarna - Kollur - Udupi Temples PackageMorning after breakfast, proceed to 800 years old Mariyamma Temple at Urwa. The main deity of this temple is Goddess Mariyamma (goddess of wealth). It is believed that Mariyamma and Mangaladevi were sisters. Then drive to Kudupu Ananthapadmanabha Temple, situated in Kudupu village, which is 10 Km away from Mangalore City (On Mangalore - Moodbidri Route). The temple is dedicated to Lord Anantha Padmanabha (another form of Lord Vishnu) and famous for serpent worship. Then drive to Polali to get the diving blessings of Goddess Rajarajeshwari. The idol of Goddess Rajarajeshwari is completely moulded from clay with special medicinal properties. The temple portrays Hindu architecture with roofs adorned with wooden carvings of gods and copper plates. Witness the mid-day Pooja and have lunch prasadam at the temple. Evening drive to Karinja of Kavalamudur village in Bantwal taluk. The main attraction of Karinja is Sri Karinjeshwara temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi. The Karinjeshwara temple stands high on the hill amidst beautiful surroundings. The view of the lake below the hill will cool one's eyes. Drive back to Mangalore. Evening, Later, return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03 : Mangalore - Saligrama - Anegudde - Murudeshwar - Idagunji - Gokarna
Mangalore - Murudeshwar - Gokarna - Kollur - Udupi Temples PackageMorning after breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Guru Narasimha Swami Temple at Saligrama - temple is carved out of Saligrama stone and hence has derived its name. Then visit Anegudde Ganapathi Temple at Kumbhashi - one of the seven 'Mukti Sthalas' (Parashurama Kshetra) and nearby Chandika Durga Parameshwari Temple - beautiful temple newly built at Kumbhashi in Udupi - Kundapur highway. Then drive to Murudeshwara. Murudeshwara beach town lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is also famous for the Murudeshwara Temple. The main attraction of this place is world's second - tallest Shiva statue and 20 storied Gopura (237.5 feet) is constructed at the temple. Visit Shiva statue and Lord Murudeshwara Temple, built on the Kanduka Hill which is surrounded on three sides by the waters of the Arabian Sea. After having darshan of Lord Murudeshwara, a short break at Murudeshwar Beach then proceed to Idagunji, a small town in Honnavara Taluk is famous for Ganapathi Temple. The central icon of the Idagunji Temple dates to 4-5th century CE. The image of Ganesha in dvibhuja style, similar to that of the Gokarna Ganesha temple, nearby Idagunji. He has two arms and is standing on a stone slab. Then drive to Gokarna. On arrival at Gokarna, check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Evening visit to the nearest beach and enjoy. Day 04 : Gokarna - Kumta - Kollur

Then proceed to visit Tamra Gowri Temple and return to the Hotel. After Breakfast, check out the hotel. (Murudeshwara Temple, Mahabaleshwara Temple, Dhareshwar Temple and Gunavantheswara Temples are Atma linga temples). Then drive to Kollur. Kollur lies at the foot of the Western Ghats and the main attraction of Kollur is temple dedicated to Goddess Mookambika. On arrival at Kollur, check in to the hotel. Evening, visit to the Mookambika Temple, one of the important places of pilgrimage in Karnataka. The panchaloha image of the goddess on Shri Chakra is stated to have been consecrated by Shri Adi Shankaracharya. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 : Kollur - Sringeri - Agumbe Ghat - Udupi

Sringeri is located on the banks of river Tunga and it is the site of the first mutt established by Adi Shankaracharya. Day 06 : Udupi - Mulki - Kateel - Moodbidri - Mangalore

Sri Madhvacharya, the founder of the Dvaita school of philosophy, used to visit the Durga temple every day during his childhood. Visit the temple and proceed to Pajaka kshetra - the most important of all is the ancestral home and birthplace of Sri Madhva. Then drive to Bappanadu - famous for Durga Parameshwari temple. Here five Lingas are worshipped as Moola Durga, Agni Durga, Jala Durga, Vana Durga and Agra Durga on a single Panipeeta with the idol of Durga kept in front. Then proceed to 12th century Mulki Venkataramana Temple, on the banks of Shambhavi river and dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. Then drive to Kateel Durga Parameshwari Temple, located on the banks of River Nandini. Get the divine blessings of Goddess Durgaparameshwari. Then visit to Hosanadu Kodyadka Annapoorneshwari Temple surrounded by evergreen woods rich in natural beauty, with abundance of flora and fauna. Then proceed to Moodbidri and visit 1000 Pillar temple or Savira Kambada Basadi (Jain Temple) known for its magnificent pillars that are the hallmarks of this ancient place of worship. The temple was built by the local chieftain, Devaraya Wodeyar in 1430 and the current design was introduced in the year 1962. Then drive to Mangalore.
